5.1 Overview

This policy explains how customers can cancel their Infinity Host hosting services and automatic renewals. Customers may request cancellation at any time through the client dashboard or support channels.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Infinity Host services enrolled in automatic renewal will renew at the end of each billing cycle. Customers are responsible for reviewing their next billing date and renewal amounts in advance.

5.3 Disabling Automatic Renewal

Customers may cancel automatic renewal via:

• The client dashboard service cancellation button.
• Opening a support ticket under Billing.
• Contacting our verified Discord support staff.

Where a recurring bank mandate or UPI autopay is registered, customers may also cancel the mandate directly in their UPI or banking application.

5.4 Cancellation Before Renewal

Cancellation requests should be submitted prior to the invoice due date to prevent unwanted renewal charges. If an automated debit is already in progress, cancellation cannot reverse that transaction.

5.5 End-of-Billing-Period Cancellation

By default, cancellation takes effect at the end of the currently paid billing period. The server remains active until the expiration timestamp, after which renewal is disabled.

5.6 Immediate Cancellation

Customers may opt for immediate cancellation. Once processed, the service will terminate immediately, associated server containers will be deleted, and remaining time is forfeited subject to applicable law.

5.7 Cancellation by Infinity Host

Infinity Host reserves the right to terminate services for overdue non-payment, serious AUP violations, fraud, or legal orders, with advance notice provided where reasonably possible.

5.8 Data and Backups

⚠️ Crucial: Customers must download all server files, worlds, plugins, and databases prior to cancellation. Once terminated, server storage is unrecoverable.
