Clear, transparent, and enforceable terms governing your cloud infrastructure, Minecraft servers, VPS hosting, and account relationships with Infinity Host.
1. Terms of Service (ToS)
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all infrastructure, Minecraft hosting, VPS services, and software provided by Infinity Host.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Infinity Host.
By accessing our website, registering an account, purchasing a service, or using any service provided by Infinity Host, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not purchase or use our services.
1.2 Services Provided
Infinity Host provides hosting and infrastructure services, including:
- Minecraft Server Hosting (Paper, Purpur, Forge, Fabric, Vanilla, Bedrock).
- VPS Hosting (Linux & Windows virtual private servers).
- Game Server Hosting.
- Related hosting, cloud computing, and technical services.
Service specifications, features, pricing, and availability are displayed on the relevant product and checkout pages.
1.3 Account Registration
Customers must provide accurate, current, and valid registration information.
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and passwords.
- Protecting their account from unauthorized access.
- Keeping their registered email address updated.
- All activities performed through their accounts.
Infinity Host may request additional information when reasonably necessary for account verification, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
1.4 Payments and Billing
- Services must be paid for before activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices will be displayed on the applicable product or checkout page.
- Customers must maintain sufficient funds for recurring payments where automatic renewal is enabled.
- Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.
- Failure to complete a payment may result in service suspension or termination.
- Infinity Host may revise service prices with appropriate notice. Revised prices will not retroactively change an already-paid billing period.
1.5 Automatic Renewal
Services enrolled in automatic renewal may be renewed automatically at the applicable billing interval.
By enabling automatic renewal, the customer authorizes the applicable payment provider to process recurring payments under the payment mandate or authorization established by the customer.
- The renewal amount and billing frequency will be disclosed before authorization.
- Recurring payment processing is subject to applicable payment-provider rules and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) requirements.
- Pre-debit notifications will be provided where required by applicable payment regulations.
- Customers may disable automatic renewal or withdraw their payment mandate through the available account or payment-provider controls.
- Cancellation of automatic renewal does not automatically refund an already-processed payment.
If a recurring payment fails, Infinity Host may request manual payment or temporarily suspend the affected service.
1.6 Acceptable Use
All customers must follow the Infinity Host Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4). Illegal activities, malicious software distribution, unauthorized network attacks, phishing, spam, and infrastructure abuse are strictly prohibited.
1.7 Resource Usage
Customers must use allocated CPU, RAM, storage, and network resources responsibly. Infinity Host may investigate abnormal resource consumption and take reasonable action to protect infrastructure stability and other customers.
1.8 Service Suspension and Termination
Infinity Host may suspend, restrict, or terminate services in cases involving:
- Non-payment or billing delinquency.
- Serious policy or Terms of Service violations.
- Illegal activities or unlawful content.
- Fraudulent transactions or stolen payment instruments.
- Security threats or vulnerability exploitation.
- Infrastructure abuse, port flooding, or cyber attacks.
- Legal, judicial, or regulatory requirements.
Where reasonably possible, customers will receive notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect infrastructure, customers, or third parties.
1.9 Backups and Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent, off-site backups of their important files, databases, and world saves. Any backup service explicitly included in a purchased plan will be governed by its advertised specifications.
⚠️ Notice: Infinity Host does not guarantee recovery of all customer data following hardware failure, accidental deletion, or other data-loss incidents. Customers must download local backups regularly.
1.10 Service Availability
Infinity Host targets 99% monthly service availability, subject to the conditions, exclusions, measurement method, and remedies described in our Service Level Agreement (Section 6).
1.11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Host shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Indian law.
1.12 Changes to Terms
Infinity Host may update these Terms when necessary. Updated versions will be published on our website. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
1.13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent authorities, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts and forums in India.
